Tripp is a finance and strategic communications veteran with extensive experience in investor, public, and media relations as well as capital markets and corporate finance. Tripp has represented companies in over 20 industries. With over $25 billion of transaction experience, he has led companies through pre- and post-IPO investor and strategic communications programs and other transformative periods such as equity and debt offerings, M&A, crisis, management changes, and shareholder activism. Tripp's corporate finance and capital markets background has also allowed him to directly advise CEOs, CFOs and boards on strategy, offering structures and economics, M&A, and capital allocation. Prior to his career as a counselor, Tripp was Director of Investor Relations for CBL Properties (NYSE: CBL), where he was also responsible for investment banking relations, securing new financing, initiating joint venture relationships, FP&A, and underwriting new developments and acquisitions. Tripp received a B.A. in Economics with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Kevin is a seasoned executive with broad expertise in producing sustained growth for companies within widely diverse industries by developing and executing dynamic investor relations and financial communications strategies. He has served in officer-level investor relations roles for several public companies and as a senior counselor for 15 years, serving more than 35 clients. Kevin is experienced in partnering with C-suite leaders to design investor relations and financial communications strategies that reflect each company's specific business and market strengths and value propositions. Throughout his career, Kevin has been involved in every aspect of the investor relations practice, from preparing messaging and materials for earnings announcements to speaking with buy-side investors and sell-side analysts, as well as representing companies at investment conferences, non-deal roadshows and other targeted investor meetings. He also has significant experience in M&A, FP&A and pre- and post-IPO programs. Prior to joining SCR Partners, Kevin tackled complex investor relations operations and challenges as Vice President of Investor Relations for H&E Equipment Services (NASDAQ: HEES), one of the largest integrated construction equipment services companies in the United States. Kevin received a B.S. in Journalism from Texas A&M University and attended finance and business courses at The Wharton School Executive Education Program.
Lisa is an experienced senior investor relations and finance executive with more than 20 years of industry-diverse experience, having successfully built and led internal IR functions at companies including Super Group Holding Company, Ambac Financial Group, and Instinet Group. Her background spans both in-house leadership and advisory roles, during which she has counseled executive teams and boards through high-stakes situations such as leadership transitions, capital raises, contentious proxy voting, the financial crisis, and major corporate transformations. Before her work in investor relations, she held roles in corporate finance at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Ernst & Young. Lisa holds an M.B.A. from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Shippensburg University. She has passed both the CPA and Series 7 exams.
John is a strategic and collaborative senior investor relations and strategic communications executive with a successful record in developing and implementing effective investor relations programs. John is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on issues related to relative valuation and corporate reputation. With a background that integrates finance and communications, John brings a wealth of experience from both corporate and agency roles. With more than 20 years of investor relations experience, John's expertise includes providing guidance on financial communications strategy, positioning, corporate messaging, competitive analysis, investor targeting, shareholder analysis, investor and analyst events, and developing investor relations best practices. Prior to joining SCR Partners, John advised numerous corporate clients on investor relations activities at both ICR and Financial Profiles, where his clients ranged from REITs to financial services to technology to life sciences. John has also worked on both the buy- and sell-side, in investment banking, as a Congressional aide, and leading in-house investor relations for a Fortune 500 media company. John received a B.A. in Government from Colby College and an M.B.A. in Management from George Washington University.
